The Mayfield Lions Club was formed May 14, 1920. It was the 551st club formed in the Lions Clubs International organization and the 2nd club formed in Kentucky. We are now proud members of an international family of more than 1.4 million members and over 46,000 clubs. The club serves the citizens of Mayfield and Graves County through preliminary eye scans, assisting people with eye exams and glasses, community programs, and service projects.
